Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the contractual relationship between Impuls Raum (Valentin Betz, Rathausplatz 15, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen) and its customers.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of coworking desks, private offices, seminar rooms and the event area at Impuls Raum.

2. Booking

Bookings are made in writing (e.g. via the contact form or email). A booking is binding once we have confirmed it in writing.

3. Pricing & payment

The prices published at the time of booking apply. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days, no deductions.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations up to 7 days before the booking are free. Later cancellations up to 48 hours before: 50% of the agreed price. Thereafter: 100%.

5. House rules

Members and guests agree to treat the space with care and to be considerate of other users.

6. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

7. Severability

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
