With our business address, you use Rathausplatz 15 as your permanent company address in Garmisch-Partenkirchen: for your imprint, your letterhead, your invoices and the commercial register. Your letters go into your own lockable mailbox, and your name is on our shared letterbox. If you have questions, someone is there for you on site.

Terms

  • Open-ended, cancellable with one month's notice to the end of the month
  • No setup fee
  • No deposit. If you lose your mailbox key, you pay for the replacement.
  • Payment monthly in advance by the 5th, by bank transfer

Business registration only with a fixed workplace

Registering a business (Gewerbeanmeldung) at our address is only possible in connection with a fixed workplace. With a monthly coworking membership or a private office, you can register your business at our address at no extra charge.

How to get your business address

  1. Request

    Send us your company name, legal form and preferred start date via the contact form.

  2. Identification

    We check your ID card or passport in the original. For companies, we also need a current extract from the commercial register and an extract from the transparency register.

  3. Contract

    You sign your contract.

  4. Key handover

    You receive the key to your mailbox. From then on, you can use the address.

We take care of steps 2 to 4 together at one appointment on site.

Note: As an obliged entity under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), we identify all customers before the contract begins.
